My name is Theodor “Ted” Thorne, founder of Inkbyted AB. I’m a tattoo artist based in Helsingborg, Sweden, and I travel internationally for guest spots and collaborations.

My journey began in 2020, the first time I picked up a tattoo machine. From that moment, I was completely immersed in the craft — fascinated by how something so personal could be turned into lasting art. Since then, tattooing has become more than a profession for me — it’s a way of translating emotion into form.

My work focuses on feeling — the connection behind every design. Whether it’s a fine-line piece, a micro-realistic portrait, or a concept blending geometry and movement, my goal is to create something that resonates deeply with each client.

I’ve always wanted to put the client in focus — to create a calm and open space where every person feels heard, seen, and understood. Each session is a collaboration built on trust, creativity, and connection.

I draw inspiration from music, from moments of stillness, and from the stories people share with me. Through these influences, I aim to convey thoughts and emotion into designs that feel timeless and personal.

The red “wine splash” that often appears in my work symbolizes passion and life — my way of showing how art and emotion intertwine.

I’m constantly learning, refining my technique, and expanding my knowledge of the tattoo craft. With experience, precision, and passion, my goal remains simple:
